Hello, my name is Tracie Hurt and I was in a car wreck last January 9, 2022. One of the medical issues that I am still dealing with is my eye sight. I was diagnosed with post concussive syndrome and one of the problems has been my vision. My eyes do not function together and this has caused many issues. At this time I cannot afford the therapy and insurance does not cover the seven thousand dollar amount. I was able to get one pair for distance, but I still need a pair for reading and some progressive lenses to wear at other times. I have had many medical bills and insurance expenses. I am currently on disability with very limited income to cover all these expenses. Thank you in advance.
