I'm raising money in aid of The Ectopic Pregnancy Trust, something very close to my heart. In February 2025 we discovered I was having an ectopic and it was the most heartbreaking day of our lives. It resulted in me having emergency surgery and further medical treatment. I have recently being discharged and ready to take on a hike on 15th June 2025 to fundraise for a charity that supports so many women going through the trauma of having an ectopic.

The Ectopic Pregnancy Trust: Ectopic Pregnancy is life threatening condition that is the leading cause of death in early pregnancy. It affects 1 in 80 pregnancies in the UK and women who suffer have to face the physical trauma of major invasive treatment, their own mortality, the impact on their future fertility and the sad loss of losing their baby all very quickly. This can be a very frightening and distressing experience.
