Open My Heart Start-Up Fund

I am in the process of establishing the "Open My Heart Foundation".  This is the first non-profit geared towards helping African-American Women and women of color who are living with the Number #1 Killer-Heart Disease.  I am a heart-survivor and I personally experienced challenges with obtaining diagnostic medical treatment and nearly lost my life.  I found that I am not alone.  Therefore, the mission of the Open My Heart Foundation is to help eliminate heart-health disparities amongs African-American Women and women of color!  We will do that by education, resources and advocacy for this underserved population!

We need your help!  We need help with some of the start-up costs associated with establishing a 501C(3).  Therefore, please donate today.  No amount is too great or too small.  You will take pride in knowing you have  contributed to a much needed and worthy cause.
