Hi, I'm Brendan McLeod.

In a whirlwind sequence of a events, I lost my job this past week.

I've been hunting for new game development work in the Austin area for nearly a year, and while I finally have a couple of promising leads, neither are a done deal, and won't be in time for me to get a new paycheck.

Unfortunately, given current circumstances, I can't make rent on February 1st.  My savings have never been great, and in the wake of the holidays, they're pretty depleted. If I everything were due today, I couldn't cover rent, bills, insurance, and groceries all put together.

I need help. I'm going to sell what I can that I think will do enough good in the short-term, but I don't think it's going to be enough to get me out of danger.

Whatever money you can give will go towards the necessities of living while Pullo, Freya and I sort out what our next steps are. Any amount that you can give would mean the world to me. I've never been in a circumstance like this before and it's taking a lot to get through each passing minute.
