We will be laying our father to rest with a heavy heart and mind. Our father, Ricky Lee Carter Sr., was called home, and we are doing everything that we can to give him a proper burial and services. Unfortunately, Ricky did not have life insurance benefits to cover the cost of burial. Therefore, we are asking our immediate and extended family and friends for assistance with giving Ricky the proper homegoing ceremony.
