Help with Cooling Suit for School

Luis asking for help from his friends to get prescribed cooling clothing to be able to make his wish of returning to school a reality. Due to medical conditions he has to be kept at 68 to 70 degrees Fahrenheit at all times. This clothing will generate for him the medically necessary individual climate that meets his body temperature needs. The only way to acquire the funds and fees related to the cost of buying the suit is with the help of others.
