I am looking to help my niece, Aleia Kurtz, raise funds for her culinary schooling.  Aleia has been interested in cooking since she was a little girl and is interested in making food her profession.  

Aleia has already won a small scholarship  toward her culinary schooling, but to do this right, she needs to have the resources to back her.  She is currently in the running for another, larger scholarship award, but I want to see if I can help her attain some of her financial goals to get her the schooling she desires and deserves.  Her plans include going to the Arts Institute of California to receive her Associates Degree in Culinary Arts.
