Fix our house

I'm asking for help because I'm desperate. The house that my family was supposed to move into needs a lot more work than expected. My children( pictured above: Ben 15, Hannah 3, and Eli 14mo) myself and fiancee moved to Lincoln June 1st. We expected to stay in a hotel for a week while we got the house cleaned up. It is now July 15th. We are still living in the hotel, which is not the safest place. We need to move into the house asap. However we are facing a huge obstacle, the 60 year old HVAC (ac unit, furnace, water heater and all the pipes) need to be replaced. Today we got quoted $21,000. We still have to replace pipes in the basement before we can turn the water on. The carpet in the livingroom has to be replaced. The floor in the kitchen and bathroom need to be replaced. We need new appliances in the kitchen. All the walls need to be bleach cleaned and repainted due to mold. There was a water leak about a year ago(before the water was shut off) that caused black mold in the basement on the walls. All the drywall has to be replaced in the basement as well as the floors.

We are desperate and have no where to turn, we have not been able to get any kind of home improvement loan. We do not know what else to do, so we are turning to our family and friends to ask for help. I have before and current pictures of the work that we have done on the house so far. Over the years my dad has built up quite a collection and we have been working every day to get everything out of the house. I will also post after pictures so you can see the final result.
