Top surgery

Hey, I'm Casey Apollo.

After changing my name, title and going on a research and discovery journey of who I truly am, I am desperate for top surgery.

I struggle paying for a place to live and food along with other bills like everyone else. I just can't afford my top surgery which breaks my heart. I wear a binder almost everyday, I have major dysphoria with that part of my body. And I'm just so desperate now to have surgery and have felt ready to do so for the past 4 years. From the bottom of my heart I'd appreciate any help anyone can give me.
