Many of you are aware of the incident that occurred at Mars Area High School involving a student who stood up to repeated racial slurs. This disturbing situation has become a major concern for many of us in the community.

Unfortunately, it has come to the point where this family must get a lawyer for legal assistance. Such an unfortunate incident should not become a financial burden to this amazing family.

It is time for us as a community to take a stand. All money raised will go directly to legal fees this family faces. Any excess money raised will be donated to provide education and training to Mars Area High School administration, staff, and students to prevent incidents like this from happening again.
