Hi my name is Ramon Villa. Until Monday, May 12, I called Borders Apartments my home. Unfortunately, a fire broke out, and I lost everything I owned, clothes, legal documents, car key that I worked very hard to afford.

Our renters' insurance is not taking responsibility, as they claim they would only cover damages if we were the ones who caused the fire. We know the fire was caused by negligence on the part of Borders Apartments.

This unexpected event has completely changed my life, its hard to see how your life can change in a single day, and I am now trying to rebuild from the ground up. I know that with hard work I can recover but debts keep piling up and im still paying off my bed.

That’s why I’m reaching out today to ask for your support. Any contribution, no matter how small, would be a big step toward helping us get back on our feet.

Hola mi nombre es Ramon. Hasta el dia Lunes 12 de Mayo llamaba hogar a Borders Apartments. Desafortunadamente hubo un incendio en el cual perdi todo lo que tenia incluyendo ropa, documentos legales, llaves del carro y habia logrado comprar con mucho esfuerzo.

El seguro de renteros no se quiere hacer responsable, ya que dicen que solo cubririan si nosotros hubieramos ocasionado el incendio. Lo que sabemos es que el incendio fue provocado por negligencia del equipo de trabajo de los departamentos.

Es algo inesperado que me ha cambiado la vida completamente. Estoy luchando para reconstruir mi vida desde cero pero las deudas se siguen acumulando, aun seguia pagando mi cama. Es dificil creer como esto puede pasar de la noche a la mañana, es por eso que hoy vengo a pedir de la ayuda de la comunidad, cualquier donacion, por pequeña que sea, es un gran paso para ayudarme a salir adelante.
