Help for Maverick

Hi, my name is Tracie. I'm setting up this page to help Taylor's family raise funds to offset any expenses they will have in the coming weeks and months. Any support would be beyond appreciated.

In September, Taylor was blindsided with the news that Maverick had a mass on his brain that had partially paralyzed his right side. In less than a week, he went from completely healthy and happy to very weak and very sick. After removing the tumor, Taylor was told that the surgery went well and that they would need to wait for results. The results are back, and it's not what everyone had hoped and prayed for. Maverick has been diagnosed with a Grade 3 Ependymoma tumor. It is the 3rd most common brain cancer found in children his age. This type of tumor requires Mav to have treatment 5 days a week for 6 weeks. Because of the grade and type of tumor it is, there’s a great possibility for it to grow back even after treatment.

Taylor will be spending much of the coming weeks in Chicago, where the treatments will be performed while family will be home helping to take care of the 3 other children. Taylor could use all the support we can give her to offset any financial responsibilities she will face in the coming weeks and months.
