Hello, my name is Paige Ireland. On Monday, May 30th, Gary Ireland was eased of his pain and suffering. As our family is left with the overwhelming feeling of pain and loss we are also burdened with high funeral expenses. As prepared as we thought we were, the high cost of funeral expenses has left us with no choice but to ask for help. I know that times are tough for so many right now so any and all contributions are greatly appreciated.
Gary was well known and liked in his community. While working for many years at the local Northfield News and Tobacco many friends, family members and even strangers would stop in just to say hello and enjoy a quick conversation. Gary looked forward to making everyone laugh by busting chops and sharing funny jokes and stories. With his huge heart and genuine care for others, making people feel good mattered most to him. He has left us all with memories of his humor and wit, he will be greatly missed. Gary was also strong willed, especially during his battle to survive. He hardly complained or showed pain, in hopes not to worry others. His love and devotion for his children, grandchildren and myself gave him the drive and strength he needed to fight as long as he did. His family would now like to share his life and memories with a memorial and burial he deserves. Please find it in your hearts to help us in this difficult time of need.
Thank you in advance for the help and support
