jakes motor bike style wheelchair

Hi my name is Jake i'm 17, I've had a very hard time for the last year, last june a nasty brain abcess put me into kings college hospital fighting for my life but I managed to fight back, so in jan this year I had an op for closure of portocaval shunt, which in english is a vain that wasnt letting my liver work as it should , as i have a very rare condistion called blue rubber bleb nevus syndrome and hepatopulmonary syndrome, before my op i was able to wash and do everyday things ,not very much but i could do them, but now im on  bipap as I cant even brush my teeth without my oyxgon levels dropping to 40/50% mark ,so I now need a wheelchair as the futheres i can walk in 20 ft and i need to carry alot of stuff with me now to keep me safe..I would like a motor bike style one as im a young man lol and not very keen on the others ... so I'm  asking you to help my mum find the funds so we can do this for me please ....your help with this matter no matter how big or small would mean the world to me xxxx
