Need help for a home

Yes my name is Gerald. And I'm asking for any kind of help I could get. Me and my 4 kids as of rite now are homeless and have no wear to go. My landlord. Had stuff to fix in the house and he did not do it so now they are condemning the hole house and we had to leave we have no wear to go. I don't know what to do if any one could help plz let me know if u can't I understand ty and God bless I can send proof that we have no wear to go this is not fake. I just don't know what to do.
