Teresa's Fight

I have lived and worked in small communities for the past 20+ years and these small communities all have the same theme: "Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much." So many times throughout the years, in the community I live in, I have seen people rally together for the good of a few many, many times.
I am starting this GoFundMe page for someone we know that needs all of us to help her overcome a very tough battle she has ahead of her.
She recently had tests done that came back pre-cancerous, yet the doctors are all treating it as cancer even though it tested pre cancer. She has to go to an oncologist soon, as the tumor is being aggressive and invasive. 
The cost of treatment is going to add up very quickly, because she does not have insurance. So I am hoping that, for now, we can all help her at least pay for the diagnosis part of her journey and if we go above and beyond that goal, that will just help her as she closes this chapter and goes to the next.
Please consider helping my friend, Teresa Dexter. I have used the saying, "Many hands make light work", so many times in my lifetime but this time it really seems to describe the purpose of this fundraising project.
