Housing and bills had a stroke

Hi my name is Shane Manso recently had a stroke and almost lost my life..Ive been in a nursing home for 4 months now I've come a long way but not able to leave nursing home until I have somewhere to live..Not having any finances and no retirment.I need money for apartment and furniture. Please help me and donate money to my fund so I can get home to family and start living my life..I appreciate any denomination of donation.
