Help Sheila Shabazz Beat the Odds!
Donation protected
2020 was a challenging year for everyone. For our friend Sheila Shabazz , the challenges of 2020 have changed her world completely. About a month ago she went to see a doctor because she was experiencing extreme stomach pains without an explanation of the cause. After all the initial testing and analysis of the labs, her diagnosis was esophageal cancer**
The Costs
Over the last few months, Sheila has been in and out of doctor appointments for additional tests and treatments. However, with every appointment, test and treatment comes a cost. A cost that she wasn’t prepared for and actually couldn’t prepare for. Our hope is to raise $25,000 to help Sheila cover these costs.
How You Can Help
Sheila is very proud and strong and wants to deal with this on her own. Even with health insurance, the overall cost of this very specific health care expense is just out of reach! She has put her pride aside and allowed her friends, who love and care about her very much, to ask others for help.
Should you decide to donate, the money will help offset costs for treatments as well as ongoing medical cost along the way.
At this time, we ask that you do not contact Sheila directly as she needs time to focus on her health and well-being.
We thank you for your support, your prayers, and your blessings.
