With most profound sorrow, we are sharing this incomprehensible news… We lost Tanner Baran on Thursday afternoon, November 13, 2025. He died in a tragic accident on Mt. Superior in Little Cottonwood Canyon just outside of Salt Lake City, Utah.
With such a sudden event we are still trying to absorb the shock. The situation is evolving on a day by day basis. Please keep us & our extended families in your hearts as we struggle to understand this devastating loss.
… and please celebrate Tanner’s dazzling smile & bright, shining spirit with a visit somewhere in your great outdoors today. That is his Heaven on Earth and he lived there every day.
Hug your family and feel the light and love that surrounds you all. Please share this with whomever you feel needs to know.
