Kaeli's Future Educator Trips

Kaeli is part of the Future Educators  Association (FEA) at Seneca High school in Louisville, KY.  She has a passion and a love for not only teaching but also a love for children; all people, and really wants to make a difference in our world.  She is actively part of teaching students each week with her school program and at her church with their Sunday School Dept at The Believers, among many other things.
Second trip! Kaeli has been selected from her group of peers in the FEA program at Seneca  to go to South Korea and China for 2 weeks (possibly longer).  She and her teacher Adrian Layne, will be traveling to teach English and about American culture.  Most of the trip is financed through the China Institute Crane House located in Louisville, KY.  Our costs includes: $500 for a portion of the trip to Beijeng, an expedited passport $180, inoculations/vaccinations aproximately $800, some food and sovieniers (to give to their culture and bring home to teach students in America).  Then there are always unforseen expenses.

Any funds not used for this trip will be put into a savings account for future trips.  She is only a freshman and expects to have many more opportunities throughout high school and beyond.

(Kaeli's first was to the National FEA conference and competition in Washington, DC.  She hadlearning conferences and competed (Impromtu speaking and Interviewing). She placed in the top 10 with recognitions for Impromptu Speaking. This trip took place April 21-26. Food and spending money, and gratuities needed, Travel and hotel paid for since she is a winning competitor from State competitions)
