My name is Jason Ford and I am a security officer with a severe kidney stone problem. 

I need surgery to have a 9.82mm and two 2mm kidney stones removed from my right kidney. The surgery is set to take place on 12-1-15 at 4pm. However, my insurance will not cover any of the costs.

The stone hit me day before Thanksgiving and on Thanksgiving my wife took me to the ER. I had a CT scan and there it showed only 1 stone at 7mm.  All weekend I was in enormous pain, praying the stone would pass. It did not. I was able to see an urologist Monday morning and after their CT scan revealed a surprise : I have 3 stones in my right kidney: a 9.82mm stone and two 2mm stones stuck in the kidney. The larger stone has blocked my pathway and my right kidney is not functioning. The surgery for the stint is going to help my kidney function. I will have the stint taken out next week, hopefully. And I pray I will be able to pass the small stones and the doctors can break up the larger stone.

Any assistance anyone could provide, would help us pay these upcoming doctor bills. Although I am supposed to have the surgery tomorrow 12-1-15, the hospital wants their fees up front.  I am not sure how my wife and I will be able to pay them. 

We are truly greatful for any money you can donate. Any  man or woman who has ever had a kidney stone, knows the agony and misery I am currently suffering.
