Hi all, I am looking for help with an upcoming gender-affirming top surgery. This has been a lifelong struggle of becoming who I am and need to be. I am finally ready to take this step, but with the weight of the world, student loan debt, and increasing life costs, I need your help. Gender-affirming care can be life-saving care.
