Merlyn & Marco Lose Home to Hurricane Sally
Donation protected

Dear Family and Friends
Marco and Merlyn's mission in life is to show God's love through serving by helping ANYONE in need irrespective of personal comforts, so in turn, others will feel and share love through serving.
Marco and Merlyn have been unwavering in this mission since 1982 while raising 5 kids. I am proud to say that Marco and Merlyn are my parents.

WHAT HAPPENED?
They lost their home from hurricane Sally on September 16th, 2020.
Last year, they were forced to move into an older trailer to save money. They started a church in Foley, AL because of a desire to help the Spanish community any way they could. My parents Marco and Merlyn have helped all sorts of people from all walks of life. People that did not have a roof over their heads, victims of domestic violence, children that needed foster parents. The list of truly humanitarian deeds goes on and on.
They have never asked to be recognized for these beautiful acts of love. Instead, they continue to look for ways to help others even while in a shelter due to the hurricane. I know that if you have met them, you have felt their genuine kindness and love.

A Show of Support
I'm asking you to consider a donation to help these two beautiful human beings whose goal is to promote human welfare to all. Our goal is to help get them to get a stable, safe, and permanent home.
Let us prove and show that these truly kind deeds that they have shared with the world can in fact be reciprocated. I know that this year has been hard for all of us. We are at a time when not only politics divide us but a virus as well. Let this kindness to these two magnificent people bring us together in a moment of love that will live with us forever. They need your help. If you are reading this, it is very likely you are one of the thousands of people they have helped.
A New Beginning
My parents are currently staying in a shelter. Their kids have all offered a roof, but expectedly and sometimes to our frustration, they refuse to be anywhere but with people who need help. At a time when they are homeless, they continue to work hard to help others before themselves. I ask that you only give what you can and know that every dollar counts.
Please consider them in their greatest time of need and help them find a permanent home.
