Rylynn's Road to a Cure

Lindsey and Jaren.. These two are near and dear to our hearts. JD and I introduced these two when we were in Highschool and here we are 12+ years later, we have all gotten married to our highschool sweethearts and now all have beautiful children that now get to grow up together, even better we live 5 minutes from each other!

Two years after Lindsey and Jaren had their first sweet baby girl...Rylynn was diagnosed with a Rare autoimmune disease. This disease known Juvenile Myositis (JM), a life-threatening disease which causes the body’s own immune system to attack healthy cells and tissues. It can cause pain, weakness, inability to walk and disfigurement. It can affect virtually any system of the body, the heart, lungs, skin, muscles, and more.

Now Rylynn has to undergo intense treatments once a month to help with her symptoms. These are a type of chemo treatment. Rylynn has now undergone two treatments and the medical bills are rolling in. Insurance only covers a portion and now they have a outrageous medical bill they will have to pay once a month (the ammount of a mortgage payment) out of pocket. 

These two amazing people will never be ones to ask for help, and they deserve only the best. They are super special to our family and Rylynn is serioulsy the most amazing little girl. Her smile lights up a room and she has the most contageous laugh. 

Lets help raise money to pay for these unexpected medical bills, and lets all pray for a cure for this terrible disease.
