My beautiful German shepherd, Ryley has just

recently been diagnosed with Heartworm. The veterinary has tried a series of antibiotics for her, but ultimately, her condition was diagnosed too late so she needs heart surgery to get the parasite removed. :(

The procedure from the vets is more than I can afford and they told me if I can't afford it they will have to put her down, or she dies slow and painfully from her sickness.

She's only 2 and a half years old and has been the only thing in my life I look forward to. For her to pass away would be truly devastating and something I don't want to think about. She's my intelligent little girl and I can tell she knows what's going on. I don't want to let her down. Please help me, I don't want to lose her.
