On August 2nd, we received a phone call that no family wants to receive. Rylan was involved in a horrific car accident which caused him to have his left arm amputated. He has already gone through four surgeries and has more to come. This has been a life altering, traumatic experience.

After he completes his surgeries in Denver, he is going to be transferred to a rehabilitation facility. We are hopeful that he will be able to use a prosthetic arm in the future. 

Rylan currently is an employee of the school district but we are unsure if he will be able to return after recovery which will leave him in financial distress.

We are trying to make life as easy as possible for him durning this time of need. We ask that if you are able to donate, please do. If you are not, please share with others. He does have insurance but that only goes so far. The money raised will be used to aid him in his recovery for things such as medical expenses assistive devices and bills.
