Ryland Dream Retirement Trip

After 36 years of service to Koinonia Homes for Teens, Bill and Camilla are retiring! They will be greatly missed, but their legacy and life work will live on through the impact they have made in the organization and countless lives. After all their hard work for Koinonia, we want to help them celebrate this life transition by collecting funds to help send them on one of their dream trips to “El Rosario” Monarch Butterfly Sanctuary in Michoacan State, Mexico. Located next to the tiny village of El Rosario, this sanctuary is the winter nesting grounds for millions of monarch butterflies that migrate from the U.S. each year.

In retirement, Bill and Camilla are starting a non-profit to help save Monarch butterflies, so this sanctuary and the opportunity to go and visit it themselves would be such a special experience for them.
