I am representing Canada as a member of the Rotary Youth Exchange Program. I will be going to Switzerland during the year 2018-2019. Never ever had I imagined that I will be embarking on this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity when I had applied. The poster in my high school office changed my destiny. For me, I want to use this chance as a way to develop new life skills, discover a different culture, build long-lasting friendships all while being an ambassador for my community and Canada. I have already met over thirteen other exchange students from all over the world and can’t wait for this fabulous experience! However, to make the best out of my time away, it will not be possible without the funds and support from others.
