Ryerson Mills and Family

On Sunday June 11, 2023, 18 year old Ryerson Mills, son of Crystal Mills and Kevin Heenan was the lone occupant of a single vehicle collision in Kawartha Lakes. Ryerson was immediately airlifted to Sunnybrook hospital in Toronto with serious life threatening injuries.

As of today, June 16, 2023 Ryerson remains sedated in Critical Care ICU in Sunnybrook and is undergoing yet another surgery to try and bring him one step closer to being in a more stable condition and on what will be a very long journey to recovery.

The extent of Ryerson’s injuries will leave him hospitalized for quite sometime and his very loving family are doing everything possible to stay by his side, but with this comes many costs. We, as long time family friends would like to help by asking anyone who knows this beautiful, kind hearted family to assist us in providing some financial relief to help cover transportation costs, hotels and meals as well as assist with any other costs, including medical cost that may arise during Ryerson’s recovery and healing process.
