Hi, my name is Leanna Cutler and I work with Sandie Lingenfelter. Sandies daughter Mattie Cartwright welcomed a beautiful baby boy into the world on April 10th, Sandie was so excited.

On November 30th Ryder was taken to the Emergency Room because he started to have seizures. They airlifted him from Bakersfield to Loma Linda Children's Hospital and found fluid putting pressure on his brain. They did surgery to remove the fluid and he was in the hospital for 11 days but they made it home for Christmas, almost. On, December 23rd he had a fever and things did not seem right so they took him back to the Emergency Room and then transported him back to Loma Linda and found he had leakage from one of his wounds which cause a suction where the brain matter got pulled up into that pocket, so they had to do another surgery. There is an infection now and he is getting a PICC line now so they can treat him for the infection and hopefully bring him home when it's medically safe.

The reason I am starting this "go fund me" is that Mattie is a single mother who has already missed three weeks of work and will continue to miss work with the long road of care ahead, and with prayers, there will be no sight loss with Ryder.

I started this because if I was ever in this position I would wish I had a friend the would be there to help support me (which I have because I would not ask others to if I hadn't already) and ask for blessings so that I could focus on prayers of healing and not how I was going to survive after this medical crisis.
