My name is Cory, I started this GoFundMe for my brother Ryan.
As we were beginning a new chapter here in Austin, life decided to throw us some curve-balls. I fractured my skull riding a bike down the street, and lost hearing in my left ear.
Ryan started having headaches every morning and not thinking it was anything serious, he tried to keep working both jobs, landscaping in the morning, and serving in the evening.
About a month ago, was when he started feeling a lot of pain in his head, and after a week, he went to an ER and a CT and MRI scan found a 4.7cm cyst/tumor in his brain, an area where he already had a tumor removed back in 2017.
Ryan is a hard worker, an awesome brother, and my best friend. He was still going to work for the past couple of weeks, while in a ton of pain. He's been worrying about the surgery. Last time he had a tumor removed, he woke up and couldn't see in his peripheral's, to which the doctor said it would likely be permanent. Thankfully, God said otherwise, and after many many prayers, his brain restored his vision back in just 2 months! Ryan is worried about something similar happening this time, but I told him not to worry about it.
We saw the neurologist today(Feb 8th) and they said the cyst has grown since the first MRI, its now about the same size as a golf ball! We are going to the Emergency room tonight and surgery will begin tomorrow.
We are really in need of support for medical/hospital bills. Please consider donating to help Ryan recover. If theres any work we can do for you, message me. We can both do just about anything.
Keep Ryan and my father in your prayers.
Keep Ryan and my father in your prayers.

Update* Feb 10th - My father is also having a heart attack and on the way to get a splint put in. Ryan woke up from surgery today! The doctor said he got it all out. Ryan still has some head pain.
Update Feb 12th - They are back at home and recovering, but not working. Thank you for the support, everyone!
