Ryan’s Kidney Transplant Donation

As some of you know my sister Caitlin’s stepson Ryan has struggled his whole life with CKD. After months of testing & finding out his biological parents were not able to be donors, Caitlin graciously offered to see if she could donate one of her kidneys to Ryan & she was a MATCH.

Their transplant surgery is scheduled for December 12 at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. Her husband will be taking off work to be there for both of them through the transplant, recovery, and help with their other 4 children afterwards.

We are trying to help them offset travel, hotel, childcare expenses and his loss of wages for those weeks after surgery and all of this will be on top of making Christmas as normal as possible for their family.

No donation is too small to be tremendously appreciated by the Potter family. We love you all for your selfless support during this time. God Bless You All.
