Our dearest Ryan Happ tragically lost the the battle against mental illness last week and took his own life in an event which shocked us all.

Words cannot be said to express anyone's feelings during this profound feeling of loss. An excerpt from his sister Jamie's post can be found at the bottom.

“I think the saddest people always try their hardest to make people happy because they know what it's like to feel absolutely worthless and they don't want anyone else to feel like that” - Robin Williams

As the village we are, it is our time to rally around the Happ family and help
ease the burden of this unexpected tragedy.

i urge you, even $1 makes a
difference. And if you can donate SHARE! Share so his story does not end here.

An excerpt from his sister Jamie...
" Ryan Happ took his life Monday. This is devastating and I’m not sure how myself or my family will ever get through this. He was the baby, the only boy and my mother was the one that found him. That is something as well I’m not sure how to help her get through. Everyone who knows (I suppose I should say knew) him will say the same thing; he was always happy and personable and made everyone laugh. He was kind and a PRO at any sport whether it be football, soccer, darts, pool, cornhole…you name it he could beat you. He was the best Dancer and always danced the Cowboy Cha-Cha with his sister before all the other girls! He was smart and helpful, he loved spending time with my sisters little doggies, he was sucha great brother, uncle, son and friend to many .

What we have recently found out was that he was suffering and in agonizing pain within. And he was enduring this silently for years. He was at the Vegas concert during the shooting and he was hurt physically as well as mentally, i don’t it was coincidence that this occured two days before the 8th anniversary. All of us are asking the same thing. “Why didn’t I see it?”, “How could I not know?”, and “Why didn’t he reach out, we would’ve done ANYTHING to help him!” . I want to let everyone know that mental health is so very serious.

I miss my brother. I want him to know how many lives he has touched and how much he is loved and adored, how much we NEED him, and that he didn’t have to be alone.

There will forever be a huge part of my heart that is missing. I know he is with my dad and that he is no longer in pain.

“HAPPSTER 16” Forever!"
