We’re starting off in Snowdonia national park (In Wales) and finishing close to Chester (England).

Winston’s Wish is the UK’s first childhood bereavement charity, providing specialist support for children and young people after the death of someone close to them. As a charity they provide a range of services that cater to the needs of the whole family to ensure that every child can get the help they need, when they need it most, to make sense of their grief in a way that’s right for them.

My initial target is to raise £1,500 because that will give 1on1 support to 3 bereaved children for 6 months.

After losing my father to suicide when I was young, working with Winstons Wish for 6 months gave me hope that I could make a life for myself.

Now I will give back and help others, the effects of lockdown have unfortunately taken too many lives and I feel it’s an important time to give some hope to the children left behind.
