Dear Friends and Family

I am writing to you today with unfortunate news to let you know about the sudden loss of our dear husband, father, friend, brother, and cousin, Ryan Gibson. Ryan passed peacefully in his sleep on Monday, August 15th, 2022.

Ryan's passing is an entirely unexpected shock to us all and we are absolutely devastated. The family is struggling to find the funds to cover the cost of the services; as you know funeral services can amount to a huge debt very quickly. We are asking for donations to help cover these costs and are hoping to raise at least $10,000 by 8.20.22 to help the family cushion some of the debts.

Mr. Gibson's wife (also Ryan), children Wes and Finn, and his mom Ogla are shattered by the loss of their husband, father, and son. They were simply not prepared for the cost of a funeral service. Any donation size is helpful as we try to give him the simple yet beautiful funeral he deserves.

Memorial service for Ryan Gibson will be held on Saturday, August 20, 2022 from 4pm-8pm at Casey & Rios Funeral Home, 4540 W Diversey Ave. The family will need to pay all funeral costs by the end of the service
