My name is Nigel Paynter and I am setting up this go fund me to help support my best friend of 40 years Ryan Utigard. He will be in Vancouver for 3-6 months for treatment of Severe A plastic anemia with a large PNH clone. Definitely not the doctor but what is happening is his red blood cells are disintegrating. Hopefully we’re all able to raise some funds so he doesn’t have to think about how he is paying his rent for his place in Peachland and can focus on next 3 to 6 months of treatment.
