In Loving Memory of Ryan Thrailkill
Please help secure, his son, Luke’s future.
Our hearts are heavy because of the loss of Ryan. He was beloved by all and most dearly by the family whom he cherished. Ryan was taken from us far too soon from complications related to kidney and heart failure. He fought so hard, especially over the last two years and unfortunately his heart could take no more, but he is now forever whole and healthy and at peace with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He has been reunited with so many loved ones, most significantly his beloved parents. What a beautiful reunion that must have been! And now we must wait for the day we get to meet him again and rest with him for eternity.
Ryan leaves behind his three children, Jack, Calla, and Luke. Jack is a clever joker like his dad; Calla is his sweet baby girl; and Luke is the most relaxed and happy child who ever was. Jack and Calla are taking the loss very hard and Luke who suffers from severe Autism, and is nonverbal will process the loss in a way yet to be understood. Ryan was a loving and doting father. He probably should have said no more often, but he was fun and enjoyed being a father even more than sports!
Ryan’s time to prepare for Luke’s future needs was cut short. It was one of his biggest concerns.
I trust he still gets to watch the Georgia Bulldogs and watch over his loved ones from heaven. Let’s honor him and the time he lost on this Earth by helping him do what he can’t do anymore, love and support his family by helping secure the future needs of his precious special needs son, Luke who is 8 years old. In addition to his autism he has a genetic variant of unknown significance that may cause him to develop symptoms as he ages.

His loving wife Katy now faces the unimaginable task of raising their three children alone. We want to offer her support during this difficult time and ease her concerns over Luke’s future needs being met. A trust is being established to help provide for Luke in his Adulthood or in the case of the unfortunate loss of his mother, Katy.
We humbly ask for your support in any way you can—whether it's through a donation or simply sharing this page with others who might be able to help. Your generosity will help Katy provide for the children in this unexpected transition period in their lives as they learn to navigate the road ahead without their beloved husband and father Ryan.

Your prayers in this time are most valuable. Luke’s autism makes day to day life challenging and Jack and Calla are teenagers wading through all of the challenges that come with that phase of life. Your prayers will make a world of difference in helping them process this huge loss and find a new normal.
Ryan was loved by so many, and his memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends. Thank you for keeping Katy, Jack, Calla, and Luke on your heart during this incredibly difficult time.
With Love & Gratitude to Ryan, we are thankful for all the unconditional love and support you gave to us all.
