Nearly three months ago, Ryan began showing signs of not feeling well. After losing close to 100 pounds, several new symptoms, and countless ER visits, Ryan was admitted to the hospital. After spending 10 days in the hospital, with continued declining health and need for a higher level of care, he was transferred to another hospital, 60 miles from home. He is currently in the critical care unit, requiring significant oxygen support.

This unexpected health emergency is in addition to Ryan being unable to work for the foreseeable future and other financial stressors. Traveling to/from the hospital and the mounting hospital bills are a significant financial burden.
