We all know I live running and am currently completing the super 7 half marathon series. Last year I ran the Cardiff half and raised a lot of money for Dementia UK thanks to your support

This year I will be running the Prague half and also the Copenhagen half.

I have chosen for these runs to support Shelter UK a charity that I have been a long time supporter of and always continue to support.

By asking for your support and donations for TWO runs that should hopefully allow me to secure a bigger donation for this wonderful cause.
