Ryan Needs Your Help to Continue School

Hello everyone! My son is currently a sophomore in college and is part of the track team. Once school ended this year, he asked if one of his teammates could stay with us for 2 weeks until he would go back home for the summer. His family is from Africa and has no family in the States. A week later, he found out his dad lost his job; therefore, he wouldn't be able to go home as he would then not be able to come back to the States due to their financial situation. I told his mom it was okay for him to stay with us until school started in the fall.

A week ago, the school sent Ryan a bill stating he owed $3,450. His family can't afford this as the dad started a new job but only makes $400 a month. The school will not let him start in the fall unless this balance is paid. He is feeling really down as he has no family here and is unable at this point to go back home. I could only imagine how he is feeling. Anything will help. Please help get Ryan back to school. He is a very smart young man, and being in school is what will help him get ahead in life and motivate him. I appreciate it.
