Ryan & Michael Lynch Memorial Lesson Scholarships Fund
Donation protected
When I opened my brick-and-mortar voice studio last year I knew I wanted to use a butterfly for my logo and blue and orange as my studio's color scheme. These are my not-so-subtle ways of honoring my late brother and father, Ryan and Michael Lynch who passed away suddenly in 2009 when I was 15. These life-altering losses set me on my path of healing through music and singing, and continue to inspire me to live fully and pursue my dreams.
One of my dreams since opening my studio has been to offer memorial scholarships, both to keep my brother and father’s memories alive and to make lessons accessible to students from all socioeconomic backgrounds. Starting this September, 2025, I’m planning to offer two students free bi-weekly half hour lessons each school year.
This fund will help pay for lessons for high school-age students who are planning to pursue music or theater professionally and who have been affected by grief in some way. Through singing and music, we can honor those we've lost and heal through the power of our own voices.
