Ryan Metz passed away unexpectedly on January 11, 2021.
Ryan was a great person inside and out. He was funny, smart, a great friend, and huge sports fan. Growing up in Southern California, he was a huge Los Angeles sports fan who loved the Dodgers and Lakers. He was a high school football player and great athlete who then had the opportunity to share his love and passion for the sport later down the road as a High School Football Coach.
He was extremely loyal, and a beloved son, brother, teammate, coach, and friend. He was sadly taken far too soon from us, and he leaves behind his parents and twin sister who are all still trying to process this tragedy.
With his sudden passing, myself and another family friend would like to help the family with the funeral expenses they will be incurring. Any funds raised will go to his parents, Ralph and Doreen.

I am a close friend of the Metz family, Ryan's twin sister Brie is my best friend and their family has been a second family to me for almost 20 years now. They were there for me during the loss of both my parents a couple years ago, so I wanted to make sure they had the same love and support I received, because it truly does mean a lot while you are mourning the loss of a loved one.
I have been in close communication with the family everyday, and on their behalf, they would like to say thank you again for all the kind messages and donations, Ryan memorial will truly be special thanks to it all.
