Hi , I'm Ryan and I'm 30, and ive got a broken hip.

I’m not great at asking for help , which probably explains why I’ve been walking around with a broken hip for 10 days before finally getting it checked out.

The short version: I have an incomplete hip fracture. Depending on pain levels and whether it shifts, I might need pins put in. To avoid that, I have to keep my activity to a minimum (which is tricky when your day job involves being on your feet with children all day).

This means:

-I won’t be able to work my day job for a few weeks.

- I’ll have to limit my gigs in August and early September.

-I’m missing out on at least £2,000 worth of work.

Any funds raised will go towards covering our mortgage, bills, and nursery fees while I recover.

Donating is completely voluntary there’s no pressure at all. I’m already so grateful to everyone who has sent kind messages or made me laugh during this time. Even if you can’t donate, sharing this or sending some good love means the world to me.
