Help Support Ryan Jones and Family

Hello, my name is Jon Gabrielse. I am a co-worker and friend of Ryan Jones. I have been friends with Ryan since 2005.

 

Back in June 2021, Ryan was struck by a car crossing the street in Milwaukee, WI. He has had numerous surgeries, spent 51 days in the hospital, spends 3-6 hours a day in therapy. He missed many family gatherings, important family activities. Today he is home, recovering with the aid of his family. He is progressing well and just started his ability to walk now. He still has a long road to a full recovery with surgeries yet to be done.

 

While this is a huge answer to many prayers:

Last Wednesday, 12/8/21, Jane his wife, his rock, fell ill and contracted COVID and progressed to COVID pneumonia. Over the next day or two, it progressed and she had to be taken to the hospital. While there they had to intubate her to get her breathing under control and clear the pneumonia that has settled in. On Tuesday morning 12/14/21, I got that call no one wants to hear. She lost her battle and passed.

 

Jane is survived by Ryan Jones, her three kids: Ollie, Estelle, Meri. She has made a huge impact in so many lives and she was the glue, along with her kids, that helped Ryan through his tragic accident.

 

The funds raised will go directly to Ryan Jones to help aid in funeral costs and continued treatment for the recovery that he needs. Above all, pray for this family. Secondly, please consider helping this family in need.
