Ryan Hogg Dog House Eagle Scout Project

My name is Ryan Hogg and I am currently working towards my Eagle Scout rank for Scouting America. My project goal is to build 20 dog houses for CMPD Animal Care and Control to distribute to owners whose dogs have been impounded for improper housing. When a dog who lives outside does not have shelter, they may be sent to animal control and put on the lengthy euthanasia list. The 20 dog houses that I build will have a direct impact on the lives of 20 dogs in the Charlotte Mecklenburg area. The funds I raise will be used to purchase materials for the dog houses and any remaining money will be given to CMPD Animal Care and Control for their use.
UPDATE:
I have built one sample dog house and have cut all the pieces for the frame. The money I raise will be used to buy the plywood for the floor, walls, and roof.
