Ryan Fryer Open Heart Surgery

My name is Beverley Fryer and this GoFundMe is for my brother, Ryan.

Ryan is 22 years old and recently learned that he will be needing open heart surgery. Born with a congenital defect in his bicuspid valve, Ryan has known that surgery was inevitable, however some recent complications have forced that day to come sooner than anticipated.

Ryan went to the hospital complaining of chest pains last Tuesday. Many tests confirmed that a blockage had formed. The pressure had created an aneurysm in his aorta measuring 4.7 cm, putting him at extreme risk for his life. He will need to have his valve replaced as well as an entire section of his aorta before he can resume a normal life.

Ryan shares an apartment with one roommate and his cat Pico and enjoys music, martial arts, and dueling light sabers. He could use help covering his bills while he is recovering from surgery. Open heart surgery is no joke and it may be many months before Ryan regains his strength to return to work as a licensed massage therapist. He is only 22 and just starting his career.
