Justice for Elijah

Hi, everyone. I want to thank each one of you for all your prayers and financial support for Elijah. Elijah was taken to his father's place on May 1. The transfer took more than an hour as Elijah was crying and begging not to go. His crying agonizing face will haunt me forever. He told the police at the transfer that his father had hurt him and he wanted to stay with mommy. We had a revision hearing on May 11 where a judge will chose not to reevaluate the decision of April 12 to change custody. Keep praying that we get him back! I am allowed to see Elijah only once a month for only 48 hours. I have to travel to Washington to the Seattle area for visitation. Airline tickets are not cheap neither are hotels. Also, I am required to get a counselor for myself and Elijah in Washington where I have no insurance. Every time I go see Elijah its costs at least 3K. The appeals court is finally looking at our appeal which we started a year ago and will be meeting on it in September. We are still waiting to learn when the trial will be on the temporary order which was signed in April. All funds raised will go toward legal fees, investigative fees, counseling, therapy, and travel. The goal is to get Elijah back to where he is safe, happy, healthy, and thriving.
