We rescued our beautiful girl Lola on the 20.09.22. She is a perfect fit for our family and we love her so much.

On the 11th of Febuary Lola went for her usual walk with myself & my little boy. Lola went for a run doing her favourite thing chasing squirrels. When Lola came back to us she had endured the most horrific injury to the side of her body.

The sheer heartbreak and panic set in immediately and I got her back to the car the best I could and took her straight to our Vet.

Since then Lola has been through two surgeries and daily trips to the vets with minimal movement. we are waiting confirmation for a date to do her skin graft.

This has been such a heartbreaking time for us as a family and although Lola is insured this amount is no where near the £5000 vets bill we are currently up to, without the additional and hopfully final operation.

Lola’s Dog walker suggested we do a Go fund me page, although we hate the idea of asking for donations we would be extremely grateful for any help right now for Lola and her recovery journey.

We need our girl back to her usual happy self & definitely no more chasing squirrels or offlead walks in the future.
