Hi, my name is Reem, I am a doctor specializing in obstetrics and gynecology from Gaza. I originally started this fundraiser with the hope of evacuating with my family and continuing my work and studies abroad. Unfortunately, with the borders destroyed, leaving is no longer possible. In addition, a large part of the funds we received has already been used to cover our urgent daily needs — food, water, and other essentials — as life has become unbearably expensive and difficult.

We are 11 family members, including 5 children. Among them is my little daughter Noor, whose smile and spirit give us strength even in these dark times. Right now, we are struggling just to survive and to provide the children with safety, food, and medicine. That is why I am changing the purpose of this campaign: to help us rebuild our lives, to stand on our feet after we lost everything, and to give Noor and her siblings the chance to live with dignity and hope for the future.

Tragically, we lost our father during the war on Gaza. He was our main source of income and the pillar of support for our education.

My loss didn’t end here, because to us Gazans, death knocks our door every single day, every new day under war is a possibility of a new loss , in 26th Mar we lost 10 members of my family ( Dad’s family) in one second.
