My grandson, Liam was born July 9th 2015 and is happy and healthy except he needs surgery to correct a fatal birth defect called tetralogy of fallot. That is a defect of his heart. Insurance will help with the extraordinary cost of the surgery and hospital stay after they meet there out of pocket maximum of $5200. We would like to help with the financial burden and any contributions will be so appreciated.
